Glass pineapple ornaments hanging on a Christmas tree may not seem an obvious, festive decorating style but Treasure Tree’s luxury, hand-crafted, glass pineapples are always amazingly popular. So many of our customers love to add this quirky, splash of tropical shimmer to their Christmas tree and either opt for our gold/green pineapple or our all silver pineapple.

This year we are offering our pineapples in some other striking colour options: a traditional pineapple design with clear glass/green lattice-work and three more outrageously coloured pineapples in orange/green, purple/green and turquoise/green. Who says you cannot have a turquoise pineapple?

The Treasure Tree team originally began making glass pineapple decorations in response to many requests from our American customers. They explained to us that in the USA, a pineapple is a symbol of “welcome and hospitality.” So many of our pineapples have been bought and sent “across the pond” to family and friends in America. The Treasure Tree team is very happy to support such a nice Christmas tradition.

To care for your glass pineapple decorations so that they hang and glisten on your Christmas tree year after year after year, simply wipe clean with a soft dry cloth and wrap in tissue paper or bubble-wrap. Always store your decorations carefully in a strong box, in a dry place.
